TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This warranty is valid in Sarawak for the the following periods from the date of purchase:-
(a) Tranceiver - 12 months
(b) Original Charger, Adapter, Battery, Cable and Headset -- 6 months
(c) Others (if any) - 3 months

2. This warranty covers repair or at the option of KASH-CONNEXIONS SDN.BHD., replacement
without charge to the purchaser, any parts proved to be defective due to faulty workmanship or
materials, provided that the purchase of the equipment was made from an authorised dealer.

3. This warranty DOES NOT cover damage resulting from:-
(a) Normal wear and tear
(b) Use other than in accordance with the operating manual
(c) Unauthoried service repair, alteration or modification being carried out
(d) Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident howsoever caused
(e) Rough handling (Including, without limitation, defects cause by sharp item by bending,
compressing or dropping, etc) or transportation
(f) Fire, earthquake, flood, fume or eater pollution or acts of God.

4. This warranty does not cover expendable items including:-
(a) Sling
(b) Antenna
(c) Chassis
(d) Cover casing/pouch

5. This warranty will be null and in any of the following events:-
(a) If the serial number or warranty seal on the equipment has been defaced or removed.
(b) If any term contained in this warranty has been altered or modified in any way without the
prior written consent of KASH-CONNEXIONS SDN.BHD.

6. Request for replacement or repair within the warranty period without producing this warranty
card will not be entertained.

7. This warranty is in lieu of any, and all other warranties expressed or omplied, specially including any
implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purchase. KASH-CONNEXIONS
SDN.BHD. assumes no liability for the breach of the warranty beyond correcting the breach in the
manner described above in no event shall KASH-CONNEXIONS SDN.BHD. be liable for
consequential loss or damages, including loss of use or loss of profits resulting from the product.

8. In the event of defects covered by this warranty arising during the warranty period, the
equipment should at the expense of the purchaser be sent to:-
